1. Who we are

Blackbead.ai is a cybersecurity company. The data controller is Blackbead AI. For any privacy matter, write to info@blackbead.ai.

2. What we collect, and why

Each purpose has its own consent. Today we collect personal data for one purpose.

Reply to my enquiry — the contact form

What: First and last name, phone number, work email, company (optional), what you’re looking for, and any message you add.
Why: To reply to your enquiry and arrange the conversation you asked for. No marketing emails are sent under this purpose.
How: We email or call you at the address or number you provided.
Consent: Given when you click Send. We record when you consented and which version of this notice applied.
Retention: Until you withdraw, or 12 months after your last contact, whichever is sooner.
Lawful basis: Consent — DPDP Act 2023 s.6; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).

If you tick “Remember my details”, the form saves your details in your own browser so it can fill them in next time. That copy stays on your device; “Not you? Clear” removes it.

3. Your rights

Email info@blackbead.ai to use any of these rights.

Access: Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
Correction: Tell us what to correct.
Withdraw consent: Ask us to stop. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting, and we stop using your details for that purpose.
Erasure: Ask us to delete your details. We respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as audit logs) are deleted once that period ends.
Portability: We provide your data in a machine-readable format.
Grievance redress: We respond within 5 working days.

4. Where your data lives

Contact-form enquiries are stored in our hosted backend in AWS us-east-1.

We change the version number on every material change. The current version is shown in the top right of this page.
